Barbara Vickers was born and raised in St. Augustine. She was here before, during and after the Civil Rights Movement. This album displays just a portion of the memorabilia Barbara has collected during the phases of St. Augustine's African-American Heritage. She is now president of the Foot Soldiers Remembrance Project, working to erect a monument in the plaza to commemorate the brave Civil Rights activists.
