Chef Poinard is one of the honored chefs invited into the elite fraternity of Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises and is a certified member of the Oldest Best Chef’s Association of France.

Together with his wife Valerie, a winemaker from the Domaine de la Fond Moiroux and his young children Jean-Sebastian and Margaux, Chef Poinard has realized his dream to bring the flavor of France to the United States. St. Augustine’s quaint village atmosphere is a fitting location for a family restaurant where you can take a moment to relax and enjoy his fine cuisine.
