Visit Florida's Oldest House Museum Complex, a National Historic Landmark for four centuries of history on one beautiful site. The complex gives a tour of Florida’s Oldest House, two museums, a changing exhibition gallery, an 18th century style kitchen and ornamental garden and a museum store.
The most popular attraction, the oldest house, is known as the Gonzales-Alvarez House and is the oldest surviving Spanish colonial dwelling in Florida and has been occupied since the 1600’s! Also, you can trace St. Augustine's past at the Manucy Museum, and see weapons and equipment of Florida soldiers at the Museum of Florida's Military or buy a piece of your own history at the museum store.
The St. Augustine Historical Society operates the Oldest House Museum Complex. Enjoy the free parking and surrounding picnic area at the Oldest House Museum complex.
Guided tours begin every half hour with the last tour starting at 4:30 p.m. Adult's admission is $8.00, seniors and military ID are $7.00, students are $6.00 and children under 6 are free.
