St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort offers short-term and long-term rentals in a beautiful beachfront condominium complex on St. Augustine Beach, that are perfect for both relaxing and active vacations.  

Located on A1A Beach Boulevard on Anastasia, just 15 minutes from downtown, St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has condo units that are just steps to the beach, two pools, 5 hot tubs, and courts for tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and bocce.  They have two boardwalks over the sand dunes to St. Augustine Beach, and each unit has outdoor seating on a balcony or patio, internet access, and cable television.  Guests are welcome to grill their meal on one of the two charcoal grills near the tennis courts and fishing ponds. 

Ocean & Racquet Resort offers stays for 3 days, a week, a month, or more and is one of the area's favorite resorts for snowbirds — as well as for those who enjoy a summer vacation in St. Augustine. The resort includes eight buildings and 279 units, of which over150 are available through their onsite rental program. Each unit is privately owned, so the décor and interiors differ. 

Depending on availability, guests may choose from condos with ocean views, secluded condos right off the dune, condos on the oceanfront, and ones facing the courtyard, surrounding the hot tub, or beside one of the pools. Each unit can sleep at least four guests, and some sleep up to 6.  Most units have two king or queen beds, though some have two twin beds in one of the rooms, and others have bunk beds. Many units have high speed internet, and wireless internet is always available at the clubhouse. 

St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort is smoke-free and pets are not welcome in any of the rental properties. 

Their Community Service Office, located at the main entrance, is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and information, assistance, and check-in and check-out services are all conveniently available on site. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings, reunions, weddings, or other special events. The grounds include fresh ponds that offer catch-and-release fishing, as well as beautiful plants and flowers to brighten the views. Guests often see a variety of wild birds, as well as rabbits, tortoises, and otters.

Condo Amenities: Cable TV, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker. In addition, units have a washer and dryer, heating and cooling, linen, dishes, towels, and kitchenware. Some have special stations for laptops for those who work from home, and some have a drinks cabinet with a sink.
