Serving Japanese sushi and a variety of Asian cuisine, Fuji Japan is located in the Anastasia Publix Plaza just off A1A Beach Blvd. 

Guests can choose from a wide selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as other types of Asian food, including Thai, teriyaki, tempura, katsu, and specials prepared on the hibachi.

Items on the menu at this Asian fusion restaurant include Thai Curry, Pad Thai, Fuji Udon Noodle Soup, and Bento box. The sushi bar serves everything from tuna to eel to Yellowtail and Spicy Salmon rolls.

Fuji Japan has a full-service bar as well, with a great wine selection.
